Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated HR Assistant for a healthcare organization located in Costa Mesa, California. Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with onboarding and conducting new hire orientations.
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple projects efficiently.
  • Maintaining both manual and digital HR files, ensuring organization and accuracy.
  • Utilizing HRIS systems effectively, with Paycom experience preferred.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in human resources, particularly in onboarding and orientations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in managing both manual and digital records.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Paycom.

Required Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.

Benefits:

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $25.00.
